The apron is upside down here showing the gooey mess in the sump. That's the manifold for the apron lube system. The brass fittings are the meter units that proportion oil to the various lube points. I didn't really wanit to disassemble the apron, but the meter units are prone to clogging and after seeing the goop in there felt I didn't have much choice. In for a penny...
